If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your item(s) for a prompt refund –less a 10% restocking, or we can offer you an exchange with no fee. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds/Exchanges are only available for 30 days from receipt of your order. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

For damaged/defective items, we require photos for verification. Please e-mail the photo(s) of the problematic product to info@flagandsignusa.com with your company name in the subject line for quality control to review. Once we determine the resolution, you will receive an e-mail/ phone call with further instruction on returning the product. Always return your package using an insured, traceable method to the address below. 

For all returns/exchanges you must obtain an RA (return authorization number). Any items returned without an RA will be refused.

Custom products are generally NOT returnable. If a custom order is approved for return, you will be responsible for no less than 50% restocking fee, and you must obtain an RA before a return will be accepted.

Custom Orders: Final examination for accuracy is your responsibility. Before giving approval, please examine all proofs carefully for the accuracy of information presented including: spelling, punctuation, numbers, graphics, colors, sizes and general layout. It is your responsibility to provide PMS colors for reference. If you do not reference PMS colors to match, returns/refunds are NOT applicable on color misprint.
